Will Ferrell

Will Ferrell became famous as one of the cast members on 'Saturday Night Live'. He then starred in several big-screen comedies, including Elf as well as' Anchorman and 'Talladega Nights. Will Ferrell was born in Irvine, California in 1967. He began his comedy career by playing an actor for the Los Angeles-based improv group known as the Groundlings. After his seven-year stint as a Saturday Night Live cast member, Ferrell was one of the most renowned comedic actors in the industry by releasing off-color films such as Old School (2003) or Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004). Ferrell was a co-founder of Funny or Die, a popular video streaming website. He also enjoyed successes as an actor voiceover in animated films , such as Megamind (2010). John William Ferrell was born on the 16th of July 1967 in Irvine, California. The oldest son of Righteous Brothers keyboardist Lee Ferrell and teacher Kay Ferrell, Will was--by his own admission--not the class clown in his time as when he was a student at University High School. He was calm and studious and he opted to play football, setting a school record for the highest number of field goals scored. Ferrell was not a fan of the outlandish, humorous behavior that would determine his career, even in his suburban home. In an interview with Esquire his mother, she said Ferrell was "very gentle, and very calm." "You're familiar with the Matchbox cars?" Will be arranging his Matchbox cars on his own and be totally content. It would be like, "You want to visit Disneyland today, or set up your cars?' He would have to think about it. "That's not to say Ferrell was a straight man. In his daily announcements on the PA system, a glimpse into his comedy talents was revealed each morning at high-school. Ferrell received his degree from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles in 1986. He joined the Delta Tau fraternity, and went on to pursue a degree in sports journalism.
